Project Description:

As part of the Shelbourne Hotel refurbishment, the Saddle Room Restaurant was extended and fully renovated. The redesign incorporated a rearrangement of the seating layouts with an improved circulation flow through the restaurant. Private dining booths and gold themed décor help provide an intimate casual atmosphere.
