Project Description:

Cantrell & Crowley Architects were engaged as design consultants by LFC in relation to the renovation of their existing clubhouse, which was being undertaken as part of the Lansdowne Road Stadium Development. In addition we were responsible for the design of the fit out to the building which was extended to include a multi function gym / function room on the ground floor along with new changing room & shower facilities. The entrance was relocated to the Lansdowne Road side where the double height volume creates an impressive entrance hall. The first floor members area was fitted with a new ‘horse-shoe’ bar which opens out onto an extended external terrace over looking the back rugby pitch. The Function Room at first floor level was also renovated and fitted out with a new bar.
