Project Description:

Our clients wished to demolish the existing house occupying the site and construct a new family home. The new house is two storeys in height with 4 bedrooms and a study on the ground floor level. A stone entrance portico leads into the double height hall providing an dramatic arrival experience, with the stairway leading up to the first floor level within the space.

The family areas are open plan layout with a feature semi-circular dining room ideally modelled for a circular dining table, and providing a lovely aspect onto the rear garden. The children’s play room also extends from the family areas, facing onto the garden, while the formal living room can be accessed via sliding doors from the family rooms or directly from the hallway.

Two of the four bedrooms are provided with en suite bathrooms, with a separate family bathroom serving the other two. A walk in wardrobe is also provided for the master bedroom.
