Project Description:

This project involved the retention and restoration of the Old School House in Ballyconneely village.
The old building was carefully restored and given a new lease of life, with extensions to the rear providing new living areas which are orientated towards the amazing views and which also enjoy a southerly aspect.

The house is entered through the original ‘front door’ where a section of floor at first floor level has been removed to create a double height entrance hall.  The bedrooms are located at first floor level, with dormer windows providing additional space and allowing expansive views over the surrounding countryside.
